During the year we closed 343 tasks (1.4 tasks per 1 working day), implemented dozens of improvements, launched one special project, significantly improved the quality of the site. Twice I contacted tech support at night on weekends. I don't know if they woke up the programmer for me or what, but within an hour they immediately solved the problem. This year the tickets are already scheduled for the next 2-3 months. The development plan is very encouraging. P.S. By the way, our technical support is located in Yaroslavl and it doesn't prevent us from excellent work.
