Methodology
Cetera team used classic waterfall development process in this project. The waterfall model is a sequential design process in which progress is seen as flowing steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through the phases of Conception, Initiation, Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing, Production/Implementation and Maintenance.
Development cycle was divided into 3 parts: eCommerce, B2B orders, CRM. It took 7 months to launch all the project components.
